All Purebred puppies come with CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) or AKC (American Kennel Club) Papers, They should never be cheaper with or with out papers,
All puppies should have health certificates for Vaccinations and Worming and be Identified in some way Tattoo or Microchip before leaving the breeders care!, Never take your Puppy from a Canadian breeder without a tattoo or Microchip,
A Good Breeder will have the Mother of the pups available to view
And some Breeders may have the Sire available but not always, But will have all the information and pictures of the Sire, And some times can make arrangements to meet the sire if he lives in the area?.
You could drop by a dog show in your area and ask others about a Breeder in your area, And you could ask any of the Breeders at the Show they should be able to point you in the right direction. Google Canadian dog shows in your area, or stop by a great Canadian site Canuckdogs.com to find a show in your Area
Don't be shy you could even ask your breeder if they have some one who could give them a good reference some one who has purchased a puppy from them,
Most breeders have a waiting list for puppies, and you will have to wait for your new puppy, And that wait could be up to a year or more,
Puppies to don't come from a factory, you can not just place a order and expect it to be there in a weeks time, they are living breathing animals, and the mothers only can produce a litter once some times twice a year,
